Every aspect of the service comes with a two-part guarantee. If the customer
receives the restored bezel and it does not meet their satisfaction, the bezel is returned for the service (shipping covered by the restoration service) and the imperfections are fixed. If upon receiving the bezel back from the follow up, and it still does not meet specifications, the customer receives a full refund for the service. Turnaround time for the service is mutually agreed upon between the customer and restoration service and can be adjusted on an individual basis.
